INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO ALLOW THE INGHAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO ACCEPT A VIDEO CAMERA FROM MR. LEO URBAN

RESOLUTION #03-64

WHEREAS, a private citizen, Mr. Leo Urban, wishes to donate a video camera to the Ingham County Sheriff's Office; and

WHEREAS, the SamSung video camera is valued at approximately $500.00; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Urban has not made a request that the video camera be used by any particular unit within the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the acceptance of the video camera from Mr. Leo Urban to be used by the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners recognizes the value of the camera at approximately $500.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners along with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office thanks Mr. Leo Urban for his generous donation of the video camera to the Sheriff's Office.
